Registration Fees and Policies
Conference registration covers the proceedings, gala dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attendance at all Keynotes. Full registration is required for main conference and workshop papers. Papers without full registration will be excluded from the proceedings.

Registration fees are in US dollars and exclude a 3% banking process fee.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letters will only be provided to individuals with an accepted paper and/or who have paid the full registration fee.
To obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must first have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference. Then, contact the FLTA Team at: info@flta-conference.org
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by August 30th, 2024. An administrative fee of 10% of the registration will be deducted from each refund.
